These terms govern your use of the AI Art House website (aiarthouse.com) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

About us

AI Art House is a trading name operating an online store selling one-of-one AI-generated art prints on 400gsm cotton canvas, with optional custom framing. All pieces are made to order. For any enquiries, contact hello@aiarthouse.com.

One-of-one guarantee

AI Art House sells each piece of artwork only once. At the moment a purchase is confirmed, the product listing is automatically retired from our catalogue and cannot be purchased again. This is our core promise and is enforced through automated systems. The only exception is replacement in cases of verified transit damage, defined in our Refund Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through the site is an offer to purchase the piece at the listed price and under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only accepted when we confirm it by email. Until that point, no contract exists between you and AI Art House.

We may decline or cancel an order, even after confirmation, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, supplier issues, inventory or production problems, or suspected resale or commercial use. Where we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes and customs duties may apply in addition to the purchase price and are handled per our Shipping Policy.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that the payment method used is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping, refunds, and replacements

Shipping timelines, delivery terms, customs responsibilities, and damage claims are governed by our Shipping Policy. Refund, replacement, and return eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms by reference and form part of the contract between you and AI Art House.

Intellectual property

All content on the AI Art House website — including images, artwork, text, logos, photographs, typography, page layouts, and source code — is the property of AI Art House or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights.

When you purchase a one-of-one art print from AI Art House, you purchase a physical print. You do not purchase the copyright, reproduction rights, or any commercial licence to the underlying image. The image remains the property of AI Art House.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell as a print, create derivative works from, or use commercially any image sold on this site, whether in digital or physical form, without prior written permission from AI Art House. Personal display in your own home is permitted and is the intended use.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of AI Art House imagery may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and legal costs.

AI-generated imagery

Artwork sold at AI Art House is produced using generative AI systems operated by AI Art House or its creative partners. All pieces are curated, edited, and quality-controlled by a human editorial team before being listed for sale. AI Art House claims ownership of the final curated output as a work of authorship produced with AI-assisted tools. You acknowledge and accept the AI provenance of the artwork at the point of purchase.

Colour, material, and display variance

Physical printed artwork will not match screen previews exactly. Colour appears differently under different lighting, on different displays, and on different surfaces. 400gsm cotton canvas is a natural, textured material with inherent surface variation. These are characteristics of the medium and are not defects. Purchases are made with this acknowledgement.

Account and user conduct

Where accounts are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, not to interfere with the site's operation, and not to use the site to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Third parties

The site may link to third-party websites or services. AI Art House does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all services, content, and products provided through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Art House disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and absence of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Art House, its owners, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and production partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, any product purchased, any delay or failure of delivery, any content displayed, or any interaction with third-party carriers or services, regardless of the cause of action and even if AI Art House has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Art House, its owners, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and production partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or related to your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your unauthorised use of AI Art House imagery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Art House is registered and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save that AI Art House retains the right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, legal requirements, or business practices. The version of the terms in effect on the date of your order is the version that applies to your order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted to the extent permitted by law to reflect its original intent.
