All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times depend on your location: UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days, US, Canada and EU orders within 5–10 working days, and Australia and New Zealand orders within 10–20 working days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees.

Every AI Art House piece is printed once. When a work sells, the listing is removed from the store and the image file is archived. There is no second edition, no reprint, and no restocking. The person who buys a piece owns the only physical print that will ever exist.

All pieces are printed onto 400gsm archival cotton canvas using pigment-based giclée — the same process used by museums and fine art galleries. The canvas is stretched over a solid wood subframe and arrives ready to hang.

Framing depends on the individual piece. Most works are offered with a choice of natural oak or matte black frame. Where framing is included, it's specified on the product page. All framed pieces arrive ready to hang.

Sizes vary by piece and are listed on each product page. The catalogue includes work from small-format (30 × 40 cm) through to large-format pieces (100 × 140 cm and above). Browse by size using the small, medium, large and extra large collections.

The archival pigment inks are rated to 100+ years of colour stability under normal indoor conditions. Avoid hanging pieces in direct sunlight or directly above a heat source to protect colour over the long term.

Because every piece is a one-of-one print that cannot be resold, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your piece arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Every piece is packed with corner protection and shipped flat to prevent damage. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that window, the piece may already be in production and we won't be able to cancel.

The AI Art House catalogue is curated in-house. Every piece is reviewed for composition, tonal quality, scale suitability and room context before it's added to the store. The goal is a small, considered collection — not a high-volume marketplace.
